Turnaround time is 2-7 days after receiving the phone depending on job and availability of parts. Most jobs are completed within 2-3 days. This does depend on the fault, make of phone, and parts required.
Each repair is priced on time taken, type of damage, and any parts needed. Until we assess the damage, we can not know the true cost of repair. A deposit will be taken before we assess the damage.
We offer a drop-in service -- no appointments are necessary as we offer a drop-in service on a first come, first served basis. Please bring your phone in at your convenience. If you choose to book online, you can receive a £10 saving, but this does not guarantee you an appointment at this time-- we will advise you on the wait time when you arrive.
If we can't fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. We can either offer you a replacement device for a cost, or we can return the device to you and refund your service charge.
